Spiral Conveyor Belts

Required Parameters for Customization:

Rod pitch
Pitch refers to the spacing between adjacent structural units of a spiral conveyor belt in the direction of conveyance. A larger pitch is typically used for conveying large items, whereas a smaller pitch is employed for conveying smaller products.

Spiral pitch
Pitch refers to the center-to-center distance between two adjacent coils of the spiral wire within a spiral conveyor belt. A larger pitch results in a higher open area ratio, making it suitable for conveying larger products. Conversely, a smaller pitch creates a more compact structure, making it suitable for conveying smaller products.

Wire diameter
Wire diameter refers to the diameter of the individual metal wires that make up a metal conveyor belt. Generally speaking, the larger the wire diameter, the greater the load-bearing capacity. Conversely, a smaller wire diameter results in a lighter mesh belt, making it suitable for light-duty conveying applications.

Rod pitch
The distance between the centerlines of the two side chains is a critical parameter for determining the effective width of a conveyor belt. The greater the center distance, the wider the mesh belt, and the higher the conveying efficiency.
