Balanced Weave Conveyor Belt
Balanced weave conveyor belts are primarily utilized in mesh belt conveyor systems.
They are constructed by interlacing spiral wires with alternating left and right-hand pitches, assembled with the aid of pre-crimped cross rods. Depending on specific application requirements, either round or flat spiral wires may be selected. Balanced weave belts typically employ friction-driven transmission, although custom-designed sprockets may also be utilized for positive drive applications. In practice, the appropriate belt pitch and spiral pitch must be selected based on specific operating conditions; furthermore, the belt edges are typically finished using either welding or curling techniques.

Features:
- Easy to clean, maintain, and install.
- Excellent ventilation and drainage.
- Offers the widest range of applications, combining most of the advantages of metal mesh belts.
- Ensures stable, straight-line operation through an alternating left-and-right spiral design.
- The belt features a smooth surface and is capable of withstanding high loads and tensile forces.
Required Parameters for Customization:

Overall width
Total width refers to the overall width dimension of a spiral mesh belt, measured from the outermost edge on one side to the outermost edge on the other. The greater the width, the higher the conveying efficiency.

Wire diameter
Wire diameter refers to the diameter of the individual metal wires that make up a spiral conveyor belt. Generally, a larger wire diameter results in greater strength, enabling the belt to support heavier loads.

Spiral pitch
Pitch refers to the center-to-center distance between two adjacent coils of the spiral wire within a spiral conveyor belt. A larger pitch results in a higher open area ratio, making it suitable for conveying larger-sized products.

Rod diamete
The cross-rod pitch refers to the center-to-center distance between two adjacent cross-rods (lateral connecting rods) within a spiral conveyor belt (measured along the direction of conveyance). This pitch corresponds to the pitch of the conveyor chain.

Rod pitch
The cross-rod pitch refers to the center-to-center distance between two adjacent cross-rods (lateral connecting rods) within a spiral conveyor belt (measured along the direction of conveyance). This pitch corresponds to the pitch of the conveyor chain.
