Eye Link Conveyor Belt

Eye link belt wire is formed into Eye-link shape and join with rod. With high tensile strength of wire ring enhance mesh belt is more durable. Belt edge finish can assembly with reinforcing plate links or chain. Eye link belt can add side and center cleats to prevent the products from falling down to the ground.

Required Parameters for Customization:

Material

Eye-link conveyor belts are typically constructed from either 304 stainless steel or carbon steel. Under normal circumstances, 304 stainless steel is the more prevalent choice, as these belts are primarily utilized for conveying food products.

Center Distance

The distance between the centerlines of the two side chains is a critical parameter for determining the effective width of a conveyor belt. The greater the center distance, the wider the mesh belt, and the higher the conveying efficiency.

Pitch

Pitch refers to the center-to-center distance between the rollers of a chain. This parameter dictates that, when replacing a metal mesh belt, the pitch must be ensured to match that of the original chain.

Wire diameter

Wire diameter refers to the diameter of the individual wires that constitute a metal mesh belt. Generally speaking, the larger the wire diameter, the greater the strength and load-bearing capacity of the mesh belt.

Spiral pitch

Pitch refers to the center-to-center distance between two adjacent spiral coils within a metal mesh belt. A smaller pitch indicates a denser mesh structure, making the belt suitable for conveying small items or products requiring high load-bearing capacity. Conversely, a larger pitch results in a higher open area ratio.

Roller diameter

The larger the roller diameter, the more suitable it typically is for operating conditions involving heavy loads, wear resistance, and long-term operation; conversely, the smaller the roller diameter, the more suitable it generally is for light-load, compact, and economical equipment.

Plate height

Plate height refers to the vertical dimension of a chain’s side plates. Generally, a greater plate height results in a more robust chain structure with higher load-bearing capacity and tensile strength; conversely, a smaller plate height yields a lighter chain, making it suitable for light-load applications or environments with limited space.

Width between inter plates

The inner width of the inner link is one of the critical parameters in chain structural design. When replacing a chain or sprocket, it is essential to ensure that the inner width of the inner link remains consistent with that of the original system to prevent abnormal wear or poor operational performance.

FAQ:

All above parameters can be customized to meet your application needs. However, standard specifications are usually recommended, as they offer better cost efficiency and more reliable delivery time.

Since eye-link conveyor belts are custom-made, we require the above-mentioned parameters in order to provide a quotation. (As dimensions vary, the quantity of materials required will also differ.)

Capable of withstanding high temperatures, stainless steel eye-link conveyor belts can withstand temperatures of up to 800 degrees Celsius.

Of course, it can be customized.

We are a factory and have been manufacturing metal conveyor belts and conveying equipment for ten years.
