Compound weave belt is a variation of balanced weave belt. Right-hand spiral and left-hand spiral weaves form a very dense and smooth belt with straight rods and some crimped rods. Overall belt width

Belt width refers to the overall width dimension of a herringbone mesh belt, measured from one edge to the other. This parameter determines the effective conveying range of the mesh belt.

Spiral pitch

Pitch refers to the spacing between one V-shape and the next. A larger pitch indicates a higher open area, superior ventilation, and suitability for conveying large-sized products.

Wire diameter

Wire diameter refers to the diameter of the individual metal wires that make up a herringbone conveyor belt. Generally speaking, the thicker the wire diameter, the greater the load-bearing capacity and the higher the wear resistance. Conversely, a smaller wire diameter is suitable for conveying lighter products and results in a higher open area ratio. The appropriate wire diameter should be determined based on the specific products being conveyed.

Rod pitch

Pitch refers to the center-to-center distance between two adjacent transverse connecting rods (cross rods) of a herringbone conveyor belt, measured in the direction of conveyance. Typically, the pitch corresponds to the dimensions of the sprocket.
