Material Conveying
Based on the provided samples of the materials to be conveyed, we assess fundamental parameters—such as basic dimensions and bulk density—to facilitate the calculation of conveying throughput.

Frame Material
For the conveyance of food products, it is generally recommended to use a frame constructed from 304 stainless steel (e.g., for transporting peanuts, cashews, etc.). For the conveyance of construction materials, carbon steel is typically recommended (e.g., for transporting sand, gravel, lime powder, etc.).

Bottom Conveying Length
Measures the conveying length at the base of the Z-type bucket elevator. This measurement is used to determine the equipment’s footprint and the layout of the infeed section.

Top Conveying Length
Measure the conveying length at the top of the Z-type hopper elevator. This allows for determining the distance to the docking equipment.

Discharge Height
Measure the discharge height of the Z-type bucket elevator. This is primarily to ensure proper alignment with the height of the downstream equipment.

Conveying Capacity
This refers to the volume of material conveyed per hour, measured in cubic meters. Based on this conveying capacity, we customize the size of the hoppers as well as the conveying speed of the Z-type hopper elevator.

Voltage / Phase / Frequency
Please provide your local voltage, phase (single-phase or three-phase), and frequency (50Hz or 60Hz) to ensure the equipment is compatible with your power supply and operates safely and efficiently.

Guardrails
Guardrails can be installed on both sides of the conveyor belt to prevent the risk of items falling.

Raise feet
Lifting feet can be installed to facilitate short-distance lifting of the flat belt conveyor, typically within 50 centimeters.

Of course, prior to the production of the conveyor system, we will have our company engineers create detailed drawings specifically for your project. We will only proceed with production once you have approved these drawings.
Detailed packaging specifications are typically finalized and provided only after production is complete and the goods have been packed into wooden crates. However, to facilitate your communication with your freight forwarder, we will provide you with approximate packaging details in advance.

We accept payment via TT. As our products are custom-made, a minimum down payment of 50% is required prior to production, with the remaining balance to be settled before shipment.
Based on the specifications you provided, we have gained a comprehensive understanding of your conveyor requirements. Furthermore, prior to production, we will generate detailed CAD drawings; manufacturing will commence only after you have reviewed and approved them. Additionally, once production is complete, we will record a video for your review, which will feature on-site measurements of the product’s parameters and a demonstration of its operation.
The warranty period is one year. Should any issues arise within this year, replacement parts will be provided free of charge.
Installing the conveyor is very simple; the entire structure is already fully assembled, so you only need to attach the support legs.
