Maintenance methods for stainless steel mesh belts:
1、If the mesh belt shows signs of misalignment, adjust the tensioning shaft at the driven end. Adjust slowly; avoid rapid adjustments to prevent damage to the belt edges.
2、If the mesh belt vibrates, check the conveyor frame and the idler rollers inside the conveyor tunnel for rust or jamming, and adjust them one by one.
3、If the chain-driven mesh belt experiences chain skipping or unstable operation, check whether the sprockets at both ends of the drive shaft are synchronized and whether the teeth are excessively worn.
